James Pade

James Pade serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Diligent.

As a Partner and Managing Director of Clearlake Capital Group, L.P., James currently serves on the Board of Directors of several Clearlake portfolio companies, including American Construction Source, Appriss, Diligent, EagleView, FloWorks, Ivanti Software, and Lytx.

Prior to joining Clearlake, James was an investment professional at TowerBrook Capital Partners, where he focused on leveraged buyouts and distressed debt investments. Before that, he was an investment banker at Credit Suisse. He started his career at Google and played professional tennis on the ATP Tour.
